Once we find the right place, we start the application process and submit the application to the landlord or landlords agent for approval. Approvals usually take 24 hours.
Just like in the purchase and sale process of a home, the owner pays the real estate commission. With rentals, it’s the landlords that pay the commission for a qualified tenant.
